Phil’s company Paycon built a second floor and patio to our floathome. We were very happy with the addition as it has given us more space and a bedroom/patio. He discussed with us our wishes and made adjustments if needed. He had a team of roofers, electricians and plumbers on hand whom worked well together. Our second floor looks like it has been here for years. It just fits right into the house and the requirements for the community. They were professional in their building skills and a pleasure to have on site as craftsmen’s. Also, well natured and respectful of our close quarters. We would highly recommend their craftsmanship and courtesy.
